Health and Fitness are Important to ME

This is my Gym, Crunch fitness I love to workout here!! Its so much fun. I am always motivated here to burn some calories and  Crunch it. I love the logo how it has such power in it and energy. I also love The people who work there , the setup inside and outside, the  motivations on every wall around you, the state of art equipment, how the gym is kept clean and tidy, I love  the contrast colors on the wall. I am very content with Crunch.

 Working out is something that I love doing and it’s good for your health because it’s helps control your weight, you have a good heart rate, helps your thinking, learning, and

 judgment skills it’s such a great self care!! 

This is our women’s bathroom. It’s so cute how they designed!!!  I love how they

 show the lady working out and lifting the weight. Also I love being in the sauna while I’m in there just sitting and being hot and sweating that also makes me feel good! 

Also This is my trainer Cory he is the best trainer, he is AWESOME!!!!!  

He is Nice, friendly, very motivational, funny, And I am glad that he is my trainer I have so much fun working out with him I appreciate him!!! 

Working out definitely isn’t easy and that’s why he is helping me to lose weight that’s why I have him. it will take time to lose weight  and you will feel pain but my body will be thanking me for what I am doing. Things that I like doing at the gym is lifting weights, slam ropes, treadmill when I can, dumbbells, Bike, leg press, sauna, sleigh, hitting the ball at the target, Chest press, TRX rows, I also like doing some of the equipment too of what I am able to do. 

I can’t wait and I am so pumped to see the future me the fit body that i am satisfied With. I love working out and I am going to feel a lot of pain 

But it’s going so  worth it. Because the body achieves what the mind believes.  hard is what What it’s going to take achieving my goals because There is no other way. I can do this I will continue to workout!! Look forward to my next blog where I will share what I do during workout session with my trainer!!
